Who I Am Personally and Professionally:
Melody is my real middle name (and many people call me Melody as my vibrational first name too). Music is in every one of my cells, thanks to an opera singing-actress-writer-poet Mother and a poet-artisan Father.
I offer over 25 years of experience as a performing artist, educator, composer, recording artist, writer, playwright, voiceover artist, storyteller, keynote speaker/singer and workshop presenter.
Degrees: B.M.Ed.-Hartt College of Music; M.A.-Lesley University.
I am a Parents’ Choice National Winner as well as a Kidlutions Preferred Product Winner, voted by parents, teachers and family therapists across the country.
I love to unite audiences, creating a ”music family” of love, joy, friendship, inclusion and caring.
Themes in each CD, workshop, concert and keynote speech: Musical messages and creative approaches for building self-esteem, respect for self, each other and the earth, friendship, inclusion, love, manners, sharing, caring, cooperation and diversity celebration, while integrating Gardner’s Multiple Intelligence approaches as well as multi-dimensional creative modalities to reach and teach the whole child or adult.

CD Awards & Review: Cheryl Melody Changes the World, One Note at a Time
For over 25 years singer/songwriter Cheryl Melody, B.M.ED., MA, has been bringing music to life. Melody, as she is known by her friends, is filled with both passion and compassion, which seems to come through each note of her music. Cheryl’s music has garnered a Kidlutions Preferred Product Award for two sets of three CD’s. The first set includes (for early childhood): Let’s Pretend and More (Ages 4-7) These CD’s boast a broad range of offerings, with an upbeat mix of both songs and stories. Some songs are classics and some are Melody’s own creations.
